Data Processing Agreement

1. Scope & Purpose

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") applies to the processing of personal data by BreakGround on behalf of the customer in connection with the provision of our services.

2. Data Processing

BreakGround processes personal data only in accordance with documented instructions from the customer, unless required to do so by applicable law.

3. Sub-processors

We maintain a list of sub-processors and will notify customers of any changes. All sub-processors are bound by data protection obligations consistent with this DPA.

4. Data Subject Rights

BreakGround will assist the customer in responding to requests from data subjects exercising their rights under applicable data protection laws.

5. Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing personal data.

6. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach, BreakGround will notify the customer without undue delay and provide all necessary information to comply with breach notification obligations.
